Cardzilla Returns Information

We feel sure you will be happy with the quality of the product you have purchased but if you are not, we request you take photographs of the item, and contact us within 24 hours of receipt by email, please leave your Name Address and phone number for us to deal with your query. 

PERSONALISED ITEMS

If the item you purchased was personalised, we regret that we cannot refund the goods unless they are faulty as they are not resale able. If however it is a mistake by ourselves which can be proven, if you return the goods within 7 days we will send a replacement or return the full amount of the item but not the postage costs.

We cannot accept responsibility for any returned items lost in transit so we recommend you use Royal Mail Special Delivery to return your items.
